Industry-leading support
We ensure our franchisees are never alone on their journey. Our training resources include online and in-person sessions, hands-on learning, virtual assistance, on-site visits, and more.
Plus, every new franchise owner is also assigned two key specialists:
- A Launch Specialist will guide you through the initial stages, providing expert advice on setting up your business.
- A Licensure Specialist to help expedite the process of obtaining necessary licenses.
These roles are unique to FirstLight and recognize that starting a business needs different support than daily management. You’ll be supported by a dedicated leadership team committed to guiding you through every aspect of the franchising process and navigating all the risks and rewards of franchising.

Our Culture of Care reflects our commitment to delivering top-quality personal service to help clients live happily at home. We assist seniors, those recovering, people with disabilities, veterans, busy moms, and anyone needing support and companionship. Whoever needs it, we’ll be there.
Our team ensures client and caregiver satisfaction through our 7 Touchpoints Program, involving seven check-ins within the first three months of home care. This includes an intake call, in-home assessment, and follow-ups before and after caregiver shifts to ensure every client and caregiver is happy, comfortable, and receiving the best possible care.
