Kristen Duell is the Executive Vice President of Experience and Innovation at FirstLight Home Care, where she leads initiatives that enhance the brand experience and drive innovation across the business. A dynamic and transformative leader, Kristen has over 21 years of experience in the healthcare industry, previously serving as Chief Marketing Officer for Home Care Pulse. She is also the Founder of I.D.E.A.L. – Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Alliance for Leadership in Healthcare, an organization dedicated to advancing women in healthcare by fostering upward mobility and visibility.

In 2024, Kristen was honored as an Agent of Change by McKnight's Pinnacle Awards, recognizing industry veterans who set standards, drive change, and inspire peers. She was also named one of Aging Media’s Future Leaders under 40 in Home Health and Home Care.
